DESCRIPTION:Jennifer McGovern\, President/CEO of the Housing Trust Fund of Santa Barbara County\, will be sharing a presentation about the Housing Trust Fund's Workforce Homebuyer Program\, which provides low-cost down payment loans to help working families purchase an entry-level home in the community where they work. This program expands homeownership opportunities and helps local business attract and retain quality employees\, save on training costs and enhances employee productivity.\n\n\n\nShe will discuss the new City of Lompoc's homebuyer assistance program\, which the Housing Trust Fund is developing\, as well as their own Workforce Homebuyer Program that they successfully operated in North County and will now expand to South County.
