DESCRIPTION:Join the Lompoc Valley Chamber as Tony Hollenback\, the regional manager of the Lompoc area for the Santa Barbara County Department of Behavioral Wellness\, teaches "red flags" and warning signs of impaired mental health in the work place.\n\n\n\n  Fewer than 1 in 3 employees get the help they need when suffering from mental health.\n\n  Mental illness is the single greatest cause of work disability in the U.S.\n\n  62% of missed work days can be attributed to mental illness\n\n\n\nThe luncheon will take place in the Hennessy Room of the Hilton Garden Inn at 1201 North H Street\, and will be catered by Valle Eatery. Check-in begins at 11:30 am with the program to begin at 12:00 pm. Cost is $28 for Members and $33 for Non-Members. RSVP is required by 5:00 pm January 9th.
