DESCRIPTION:Do you want to be a volunteer literacy tutor? No experience required! If you have the ability to read\, write\, speak and understand English\, you are an idea candidate. It only takes one to two hours per week to impact an individual in your community.\n\n\n\nKeynote Trainer - Jeremy Teitelbaum\n\nFaculty at CalPoly\, Author\, Speaker\n\n\n\nThis training will help the tutor understand the differences in the ways we communicate and learn a language. A variety of perspectives\, incorporating the latest research findings\, will show new approaches to language learning and communication.\n\n\n\nTraining in Lompoc will be at the Lompoc Library in the Grossman Gallery\, 501 E.
