DESCRIPTION:The Lompoc Valley Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau\, Shop Lompoc Shop Small and the Lompoc Recreation Division invite you to participate in the fifth annual Old Town Lompoc Trick or Treat event on Saturday\, October 28\, 2017\, from 2pm-4pm. Over 30 Lompoc businesses and organizations will be participating in Old Town on 'H' and 'I' streets as well as Centennial Park with trick or treating\, face painting and carnival games.
