DESCRIPTION:Innovation and collaboration are the themes of this year's event. A post-millennial car and green wheels show\, a solar cook-off\, and the debut of the 805 Slackers rope-walkers will give evidence of innovation. Representatives of Community Action Commission and the YMCA\, SB County Public Health Department\, collaborated with leaders of Lompoc Co-op Development Project (LCPD) to plan this years fun.\n\n\n\nIn addition to the fun\, morning 'Platica Cooperativistas' will be held at 10am. Speakers will engage discussions in English and Spanish about a different kind of business model and entrepreneurship being done with cooperatives throughout the country. Women's business ownership and youth employment are among the topics.
