DESCRIPTION:The Fourth Annual Lompoc Valley Scarecrow Fest will take place from October 16 - 31. Sponsored by Lompoc Valley Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau and Shop Lompoc Shop Small\, the Scarecrow Fest scarecrows will be on display around town at several different businesses and organizations.\n\n\n\nLast year over a dozen scarecrows helped us welcome the Halloween season and the community is invited to vote for their favorites again in a variety of categories including Scariest\, Most Humorous\, Best Recycling\, Best Business Theme\, Most Traditional and Most Original. Ballots will be available at participating businesses and organizations\, the Lompoc Chamber and online. Winners will be announced at the November 9th Chamber Mixer sponsored by the Lompoc District Libraries Foundation.
