This event is held on the picnic grounds of the federal correctional complex near the intersection of Santa Lucia Canyon Rd. and Oakridge Rd. The course runs past trees oak trees\, eucalyptus groves and cattle pastures. Rarely seen picturesque views of Lompoc valley will awe and inspire you on this course typically not open to the public. You'll be running/walking on the dirt the entire course.
