Description
Join us for free cooking demonstrations such as "Cooking Healthy with Vegetables," "Cooking on a Budget" and "Cooking for Diabetes." Information on nutrition will be given about CalFresh, Brown Bag Program, Sansum Clinic Diabetes Education, Lompoc Valley Community Health Organization and more! There will be free giveaways for the first 100 individuals and free door prizes!
