Capture the splendor of the season with The Lompoc Valley Master Chorale for a brilliant evening of joyous music with the majestic sounds of chorus, brass and organ! The Splendor of Christmas will feature the Maurice Faulkner Brass Quartet, a select group comprised of the leading brass players on the UCSB campus and organ virtuoso, Dr. Katya Gotsdiner -McMahan. The program ranges from the works of the great composers to beloved traditional carols and popular Christmas songs both old and new and Daniel Pinkham?s captivating Christmas Cantata, scored for chorus, brass quartet and organ will be the centerpiece for the evening. There will also be audience sing a-longs and more that will surely put you in the holiday spirit! Nothing touches the heart and soul as much as the glorious music of Christmas.
