About Us

Debby is a California licensed Real Estate Broker who helps buyers and sellers make informed decisions to better protect their interests and capture value in real estate transactions. She offers attractive cost savings programs, and works hard to deliver good quality real estate brokerage services at markedly reduced rates. Debby also provides property management services on a select basis. Prior to opening her own real estate company, Debby worked as a REALTOR and then Associate Broker under an Attorney/Real Estate Broker based in Santa Barbara. Prior to her real estate career, she was employed in the legal field for more than 30 years - most recently as a Paralegal and Regional Litigation and Marketing Manager. This long history of professional service provided her with unique experience and training in various aspects of business, marketing, and law. In addition to earning her Broker's license, Debby completed the Legal Assistantship (Paralegal Studies); Mediation and Negotiation; and Human Resources Management Programs at the University of California at Santa Barbara. She is also a Certified Real Estate Transaction Coordinator; Certified Military Relocation Professional; NAR Green Designee; California Notary Public; Certified Loan Signing Agent; and served on the Board of Directors of the Santa Barbara Paralegal Association.
